Very knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of responds quickly. made me feel like I was his only customer and I am sure he has quite a few. Very nice guy. Knows the Okoboji area and surrounding area very well.

He listens to your suggestions and offers expertise on making any changes throughout. He is very flexible as far as renewing the contract. I would definitely recommend him to others.
